What we do

At D.M. Farms we practice sustainable farming and grow organic, export quality, naturally ripened & GI certified Alphonso mangoes. We believe in the philosophy of farm to fork and work to ensure that you get your mangoes as quickly as possible once they are harvested. 

We harvest only when the mango is ready and within 10 days is ready to eat. The colour of the mangoes when ready to eat is never full yellow but part green part yellow, a distinction only achieved if the harvest is done when the mango is ready.

Thus the right harvesting time is important to ensure that you get to taste and appreciate what made Alphonso the KING of mangoes.

Who We Are

D.M. Farms is the culmination of a long journey to identify and understand where we come from.

Vilas Deshmukh &  his sister Jayashree Mudholkar had always heard stories of their great-grand-father who was the Deshmukh of Pawas and the surrounding villages. However, as is common, personal choices and the vagaries of time led to migration all across Maharashtra. Over time, a need to go back to their roots took hold, soon they found themselves visiting their ancestral homeland.

With time, the decision to start Mango farming became strong and soon with sustainable farming practices & farm to fork as a philosophy, D.M. Farms was born.
